你好,我叫Zara,来自吉隆坡。我在一个华马双语家庭里长大,中文、马来语和英语交织在我的每一天。现在我在复旦大学研究唐诗中的留白之美。我相信,读懂一首诗,就是对一门语言最深的理解。

"Hello, I'm Zara, from Kuala Lumpur. I grew up in a Chinese-Malaysian bilingual household where Mandarin, Malay, and English wove through every day. Now I'm at Fudan University researching the beauty of silence in Tang Dynasty poetry. I believe that truly understanding a poem is the deepest form of language mastery."

About Zara

Zara is a graduate student in Chinese literature at Fudan University, writing her thesis on the use of silence in Tang Dynasty poetry. She grew up in Kuala Lumpur in a Chinese-Malaysian family where Mandarin, Malay, and English wove through every conversation. Her speech is thoughtful and slightly poetic — she chooses words the way a calligrapher chooses brushstrokes. On Mandarin Temple she voices literary exercises, philosophical discussions, and anything that asks learners to slow down and feel the weight of Chinese words. She believes that understanding a poem is the deepest form of language mastery.
